AES Send email notification
I need to pull the average response time by day on a weekly basis from AES due to limited data availability and storage. Is it possible to have AES email the user with the specific report I need?
Report " Average Response Time by Day"
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First thing is to make sure PRPC is reporting to AES
Go to Administration on the left panel, then Administration Task and Manage Subscriptions. At this point just walk throught the steps to send out reports.
