Agent is not working as expected in QA Environment
Hi,
We are having Agent which runs on a single node. We have provided fix in the agent activity and the fix is working fine. We moved code to staging. In QA it runs on Multinode system.
But the agent is not working fine.
Could you provide any solution on this please?
Add a log message in the begining of the agent activity. This will tell you if the agent is getting started.
then try the following
1. Stop the agent in all the nodes
2. Delete the Data Agent Schedule for all the nodes
3. Start the agent in the node required.
if it still doesnt work, restart the agent
