Agent Schedule - Is being created for the highest version even though the rule availability is set to "No"

I have an agent rule (Rule-Agent-Queue) in 2 versions of a Ruleset (ABC).

Eg :

ABC : 01-01-01

ABC : 01-01-02

As the 02 version is still in development, i put the rule availability of it to "No". So that the version 01 is in effect and its activities are executed.

Then deleted the existing Agent Schedules (Data-Agent-Queue). However found that the new Agent schedules are being created still for the 02 version instead of the 01 version.

Can anyone please help me handle this issue. I am using the Pega 5.5 version.
