Thanks for the question. Currently, the new My Support Portal (https://msp.pega.com) is available only the early-adopter clients. This new PegaSupport/MSP application will be available for all the clients and partners on Monday, April 27th 2020.
Having said this, all employees associated with Pegasystems internal accounts are live on the new PegaSupport/MSP application and you should be able to login using Pega Community credentials and navigate through all the application modules for your primary Pegasystems internal accounts.

Thanks for the new updates as they look great. I have a question as I was trying to add new accounts but they dont seem to be showing up on my dropdown listbox on the main page. I went into the MY ACCOUNTS page and added a client but when i got and look for them to select off the home page they are not listed in my dropdown listbox. I have also noticed that if i delete a client that they are removed from the MY ACCOUNT page but still show up on the home page.
is there a delay on when the changes are reflected and one is able to select the new information on the homepage dropdown listbox?
I did not but I closed out my browser and opened it back up and it still was not there. This morning it was still missing and then all of a sudden it was correct on the home page. I dont know if it was logging in thru VPN or what that made it work but I will keep trying and let you know what i find
At this time we are focusing on browser access. Mobile browsers can be used now to support access to perform almost all the functions available on a desktop browser. Plans for a mobile app are in the works for the future.
When creating a new case, users can click on Change primary contact which not only allows the user to switch the primary contact on the case to another party, but also edit the Alternate email and Alternate phone to be included in the case.
The user's Profile is being updated to allow user's to enter values that will be loaded from there, rather than from the My Pega record.
