The assignment is enabled after routing to workbasket
I am using the case stage designer in pega 7.1.8 for case management. I have an user who creates the case and assigns to a workbasket for further operation. Both the roles are different.When the user A submits the case it gets assigned to workbasket properly but after the screen refreshs it is still enabled for the same user to edit. I have tried to configure using the access roles to restricts but nothing is working.
The normal user creates the case and they have two access roles. One is the basic pegarules user4 and the other one for the application specific as attached in the screenshot.i traced back the rules to populate the case contents page & the section values.. where do they check these access role . The traige class is the parent case and the rest of the classes are the subcases. The first stage creates the case and assigns it to the workbasket as defined in the second stage first step. I have another issue with this case designer too. Though i have enabled the allcoveredreolved ticket in the resolution stage the parent case does not get resolved even after all the subcase gets resolved.
