Posted: 4 years agopedel PEGA replied to LindaG04What do you find when simply searching for "CreateRequest"? Is Search working at all? It may be that you need to re-index or fix your rule search index. Designer Studio -> System -> Settings -> Search Posted: 4 years agoLindaG04 Navistar replied to pedelWhen I search for CreateRequest I see Flow CreateRequest Specification HRServices TimeOff CreateRequest HRServices TimeOff CreateRequest_EntireFlow I tried Designer Studio -> System -> Settings -> Search, but from Settings I only see URLS, Compiler, Securing Policies, System Name, Project Management and Predictive Diagnostic Cloud. Posted: 4 years agoDamien PEGA replied to LindaG04Hi, if search for: SSN in the search bar on the top right hand side of the case designer, can you see any result at all? if no, then try to Re-Index: All Rules, All Data, All Work in Search. But it seems like you need to connect as a different user. Can you try: firstname.lastname@example.org / install Maybe you did a typo, did you create the form (screen) for CreateRequest? On the "App" explorer on the left-hand side of your screen, expand TimeOff > UI > Section Can you see a rule named CreateRequest? if not then you have not done the creation of the UI via the case designer. Did you save all your changes? If you can see the rule, go back to the App explorer and expand Data > Employee > UI > Section Your rule should be here Damien Posted: 4 years agoHelenM93 Irwin Mitchell replied to LindaG04I have the same issue as above. I followed Damien's advice above: On the "App" explorer on the left-hand side of your screen, expand TimeOff > UI > Section Can you see a rule named CreateRequest? I can see a rule named CreateRequest but I can't seem to follow this bit: If you can see the rule, go back to the App explorer and expand Data > Employee > UI > Section Posted: 4 years agoDamien PEGA replied to LindaG04Hi, In the app explorer, at the top change SAE-HRServices-Work to SAE-HRServices-Data to see your data class instead of your work class. Before doing so, have a look at here: https://pdn.pega.com/forums/business-architect-essentials-71/exercise-m… Damien Posted: 4 years agoHelenM93 Irwin Mitchell replied to DamienThank you Damien, that worked.
