App server team mention that cache was currupted and they cleared pegatempdir. After application is working fine. Pega Version is 7.1.7.Please suggest why this is happened and is there any automatic process to clear the cache. Thanks,Gireesh. Posted: 5 years agoOptimusPrime PEGA replied to GireeshHi Gireesh, You can clear the cache directly from SMA. 1 . Login to the SMA --> Advanced Tab. 1. Click on Conclusion Cache and you will have the option to clear the Cache. 2. Declarative Page Cache Management and you can clear those cache from there. 3. Rule Cache Management and you will have the option to clear the Cache.
