If you are unable to find the answer there are links on the right hand panel that will be able to assist you further. My question is will Pega provide a workaround for that, I mean will they give the custom utility to run without CLR enable? You can search open the specific property, in your case it is is txErrorOccured and from the Actions menu of the property select the option to optimize for reporting. This would expose the property as a column and then the dependency on the UDF / CLR would be removed.
