Cannot connect to Pega Portal

Hi,

I have set up the VM on Virtual Box as per instructions and installed Bonjour, however I cannot connect to the Pega Portal, from the IP address or prpc.local. I also cannot ping the IP address. I have check my hosts file, and also checked the host as per the install guide. Can you please assist. Thanks, Debbie.
