Can't add new case type to the existing App using new rulesets
Hi guys. Can somebody help me to identify the issue? We need to add a new case type to the existing application. We created a new set of rulesets for it (FW and Implementation), App has been updated with these new RS, along the Operator ID rule, however after login, when I try to create a new case type, I don't see the new created RS, hence can't create it. Please advise. Thanks.
Step1:- Add this new Ruleset version in Rule-Application in application ruleset directly or if it is being built on another application through which your current application is referring update that rule-application
Step2:- Under accessgroup refer this newly created ruleset version at Advanced tab Default Destination ruleset
Step3:- see that your operator refers to correct Access group.
