Can't add new case type to the existing App using new rulesets
Hi guys. Can somebody help me to identify the issue? We need to add a new case type to the existing application. We created a new set of rulesets for it (FW and Implementation), App has been updated with these new RS, along the Operator ID rule, however after login, when I try to create a new case type, I don't see the new created RS, hence can't create it. Please advise. Thanks.
In the new Ruleset version, ensure you have specified the Required RuleSets And Versions field to include the Application's RuleSet version.
Next, add this new ruleset version into the following:
1. Application rule
2. Access Group rule of the operator (under design time configuration)
