Installed Pega CHAT Server pre-requisites successfully2. Installed Pega CHAT Server successfully3. Configured Apache proxy server successfully4. Completed CHAT Server configuration and chat queue configuration in Pega CS (7.1.4) successfully5. Key synchronization between PegaCHAT and Pega CPM application completed successfullyWe are using HTTP protocol to connect Pega CPM application with Pega CHAT server.But, while connecting as a CSR to the chat queue, it is failing.
