CPM- Any issue on interaction WO, after upgrade?
Would Interaction Work Objects (not Service Case work objects) in the user’s Worklist would work without any issues after Upgrade in Production? The reason I am asking this because technically, the Interaction work objects were created using CAInteraction and CAInteractionDriver Flows… now in Pega 7 they are CPMInteraction and CPMInteractionDriver flows. So when user opens the Interaction work object from his/her Worklist after Upgrade, CAInteraction Flow is deprecated so how could the flows work?
Anyone saw personally how above scenario worked at any Upgraded ?

Post upgrade to CPM 7, as we are changing flows from CAInteraction to CPMInteraction and CAInteractionDriver to CPMInteractionDriver, older open interactions will render in readonly/review mode but service tasks should work fine.

Its clearly stated that, "Existing interactions are not backward compatible. An Interaction created in previous versions of CPM cannot be processed after upgrading to CPM 7, but it can be opened in review mode. However, all service items are backward compatible."
