December 20, 2020 MSP Update Requires Phone Number Confirmation
On December 20th, when you try to log into My Support Portal (MSP) you are going to be required to update your phone number for our Support Engineers to reach you. When you log in, you will be redirected to My Pega to make those changes. Once you have updated/confirmed your phone number, you will be sent back to MSP to continue.
