Direct Flow Processing with a Decision Table - Cannot select the condition
I cannot select the condition .ScreenerFeedback in the header. I click on the yellow dot and it pops us Drag/Drop this decision - where to drag and drop. when I stop the cursor on the cell pops up "Property: ." - both options do not allow me to do anything. Can you help? thanks
Isabel,
When you single click the header cell of a decision table, it opens. The moment you add a dot (.) you should get a list of available properties (see image #1 below). Selecting it from the list will apply the property condition to the header and you can adjust the label to be anything you like (see image #2 below). As you can see in my example, I accidentally named the property "ScreenFeedback" but I used it anyway and just changed the label to be "Screener Feedback."
If .ScreenerFeedback does not appear in the list, you might have misnamed it, accidentally placed it in a different class when you created it, or perhaps missed creating it alltogether. Try searching for the property ScreenerFeedback (no spaces) in the search area at the top-right of the Designer Studio to ensure the property actually exists (see image #3 below). The ScreenerFeedback property is created in an earlier exercise, "Adding Layouts.". It's possible you might have missed it or not clicked "save" when going through that earlier lesson.
I hope this helps,
