Do you have any questions or need more clarity about this pilot?

Welcome to the Product Support Community pilot. My name is Brendan Horan. I will be working, along with my other Pega colleagues, to help moderate and foster an active and worthwhile experience.

As part of that role I have some questions too

Have we clearly communicated what we are trying to do with this pilot? What can we do to ensure you remain engaged throughout? Do you have any questions about what you should be doing as a participant?

I'll continue to check in and seek out your input in the weeks to come. But for now, just let us know what we need to do to provide any additional clarity from the outset. I think we can all agree that, if we don't do that, this won't be successful.
