Do you have any questions or need more clarity about this pilot?
Welcome to the Product Support Community pilot. My name is Brendan Horan. I will be working, along with my other Pega colleagues, to help moderate and foster an active and worthwhile experience.
As part of that role I have some questions too
Have we clearly communicated what we are trying to do with this pilot? What can we do to ensure you remain engaged throughout? Do you have any questions about what you should be doing as a participant?
I'll continue to check in and seek out your input in the weeks to come. But for now, just let us know what we need to do to provide any additional clarity from the outset. I think we can all agree that, if we don't do that, this won't be successful.
Your eyes do not deceive you. This project will be run as an internal Mesh space. We have, and depending on initial volume over the next week, will most likely continue to invite people outside of Pega to participate in this pilot.
There is, however, no plan to make this space open to other Mesh users, internal or external, for the duration of the pilot.
I guess you'd say it's "invite only". So welcome to the party. Be patient, the guests have only started to arrive.
Hello - I wanted to note that we reserve the "internal” banner to mean areas that have no visibility to anyone outside of Pega.In order to ensure that doesn't get confusing (as it did for Eric), we need to change the banner to the orange "members” banner which means it is open to a blend of internal and external people.
My name is Kip and I am working with Brendan on the pilot.
Another awesome question. The answer is yes, we believe it would be extremely beneficial for customers to provide documents, ideas, blog post, videos, etc. For the initial stages of the pilot we plan on having internal Pega resources provide the content types you have mentioned. As we move further along, the plan is to reach out to other experts in the community for additional content.
That's great to hear Jim. We just reached our 3 week milestone today and are very pleased with what everyone has done to contribute so far. I hope you continue to find this community just as useful in the days to come.
Keep an eye out, as we reach the 1 month checkpoint next week, we will be reaching out for member feedback.
