Hi, Currently we are parsing email subject line to get the case id. But there is a requirement that can we use Email Thread Index to implement the same. Please let me know if anyone has any idea about it. Regards, Nishant
You can parse the Thread-Topic and In-Reply-To Message Header attribute also. But this is also not a fullproof solution as if email gets forwarded multiple times and then comes back these headers might not contain the desired value.
