I provided my email address for customer 1 but didn't get the offer email. The program run shows 11760 initiated offers and 1 active offer under "Processing Offers". Because some students like yourself have issues with the external email service, we are switching to an internal email service. The new version of this course is scheduled to be released this Friday.
