After resave the accessgroup, the issue is fixed. Why : If anyone change the application and forget to save the accessgroup, this kind of problem arise. This pyComponentInterfaceClass is a property which is a hidden field present in ruleset rule form section. No default value configured for this. So chrome browser is filling this field with operator Id which is causing the issue. This issue is fixed in 7.1.10 by providing the default value to this field as " " In other browsers this type of feature is not available. and even in Incognito mode of chrome browser also you will not face this issue.
