Error in Steps in Creating a new Pega Customer Service Application

Steps say to

  1. Click CPMInteractionPortalMenu from the search result.
  2. Click Save As.
  3. Accept the defaults and click Create and Open.
  4. Double click the Phone Call entry.
  5. Click Actions.
  6. Update the Class Name field to Organization-ApplicationName-Work-Interaction-Call

But the original value is "Declare_CAApplicationSettings.CallInteractionClass" and should not be changed as CPM uses dynamic classes that are set in the Data Transform.

Then the instructions say to update the data transform in PegaCA-Admin-ApplicationSetting but the data transform was automatically generated with the new class.
