Existing Service Process Not Working
We upgrade from CPM 2.x (dont remember exact version) to CS 7.1.4. After upgrade we are reconfiguring Driver rules and intenet Tasks rules.
In old implementation Intent task used CAStartFulfillmentTask activity to initiate flow, but now to make it work for interaction portal we updated Intenet task with Flow and class name. Now when flow starts it is showing New harness insted of assignment perform harness.
Later i learned in flow we have to update to skip new harness, in process tab that option is not visable, when i read rule help it says "Work Object Creation Settings" area appears "only if this flow is listed as a starting flow on a Case Type form, or the Creates a new work object? check box is selected."
I selected Creates new work object check box, still not appearing. Only if i create Case Type rule that area appears.
1> In help file it says "Work Object Creation Settings" area but in flow rule i see area name as ""Case creation settings" area. Is this correct ? why i have to create case type rule to skip Create harness in my existing flows.....
2> After SR is resolved on submit, we need to update some information back to Interaction object. Old code we use to set values to CAInteraction page. Now in Interaction portal there is no CAInteraction page, i see page called D_Interaction[Param.InteractionId]. Now on submit of SR if i want to update Interaction work, how to do so ?
