Has anyone taken the CCSA (Customer Service) exam and has any study or competency focus info?
Given the freedom afforded me with the new Pega PASS (program plug) and my involvement in a CS implementation project still in the first month, I decided to rifle through the CCSA paid course. Now that I'm finished and I've taken the practice exam, I was wondering if anyone has any materials, study guides, or if anyone has ever taken this and has anything to say that doesn't breach ethics. I find very little info on this particular competency focus as (I suspect) it is a niche area of focus. Any help is appreciated.
In my view the best preparation is to first review the blueprint on the Pearson Vue web site or Pega Academy and focus on the competencies outlined. Second, I would carefully review and study the student guide and complete the knowledge check questions. Moreover, it is important to review and understand the exercises you did in the course as a complement to the student guide.
