How to create JNDI Binding Identifiers in Oracle Weblogic Server for split schema and dual-user system

I'm deploying Pega 7 platform application archives to Oracle Weblogic server. I need to set up the system as split schema and dual-user one. For that I have following four JNDI binding identifiers to create in Weblogic server.

1.One that points to the PegaRULES default schema
2.One that points to the PegaDATA default schema
3.One that points to PegaRULESdbAdmin: This allows the Admin user to modify the database from the Designer Studio.
4.One that points to database/databases/PegaDATA/dataSourceAdmin

The product deployment guide has no mention of how to create a binding identifier in weblogic. I tried to google out the procedure but no luck. Can someone guide me about it?

Many thanks
