By "can't open a ticket", do you mean that when you click the PDN Feedback control (black button, white text on the right side of the PDN page), the PDN Feedback form does NOT display for you to complete?
If the Feedback control works (opens the Feedback form) . . .

I have recently changed my organization so I wanted to change my login Email id. I have opened new account with new email id on 17 may but my account is still not activated as I have not received mail to this new id for account activation. Could you please help me with it?
I am not able to access Feedback form from old account as my account has limited access as my old email id is disabled so confirmation emails from pdn are bouncing back. I will not be able to do it from new account as account is not activated yet.
I am not receiving any response after sending mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. It will be really great if I can get help in activation of my new account as I am having very restrictive access with my old account.
