Installed Pega 7 Personal Edition but cannot run

I cannot currently run Pega 7 Personal Edition.  When I launch the PRPC 7.2 Login link, the web browser reports "HTTP Status 404 - /prweb/PRServlet.  The requested resource is not available.  Apache Tomcat/8.0.28".  The URL is http://localhost:8080/prweb/prservlet

Pega 7 Personal Edition seemed to have installed correctly on my Windows 8.1 laptop.  I rebooted and used the Startup Icon first.  There's lots of text in the popup command Windows, I'm not sure if the text is indicating all is well or if there is anything critically bad.

Any suggestions to get Pega 7 Personal Edition up and running on my machine would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

P.S.   I can navigate to the http://localhost:8080/ page showing that Apache Tomcat is running.
