Java API call to retrieve Cases and associated Rules
Is there an easy way in Java to retrieve a list of Cases, scroll through the array and get associated RuleSets, to read the properties of those RuleSets?
It actually doesn't have to be easy, I'm mainly looking for objects that will allow me to do this. Only thing I've found remotely close is the clipboard objects, but I want to work with more than what is just currently loaded.
If you are using PRPC 62V2, I could find a method in Java API which can retrieve all the rulesets of an Application. In the Database interface mentioned below, I could not find a method which can retrieve all the cases. Once I am able to retrieve any new thing I will pass it on.
public interface Database
Manages database access. Each Thread has an instance of this class, that it can use to access the database.
Many methods take a parameter indicating whether security checks should be performed. If true, then the methods verify that the current operator (whose information is stored in the requestor context) can perform the operation, and throw an exception if the operator can not.
When this document talks about "deferring" a database operation, it means that the database operation is performed when the commit() method is next called (or cancelled when rollback() is called).
