Within the Guiding Customer Service using Interactions leasson in the dialog and coaching tips seem to be out of sync. On the VM I had no dropdown value of "Remidieate" when adding the dialog. Similar problem with the coaching tip. I registered for the course, downloaded the VM yesterday and started today
Can you give me a little more information? Are you trying to complete the Dialog and Coaching tips exercise? In the link to the lesson you provided you are not tasked to create either. If you can give me a screenshot of what you are seeing that would be very helpful.
