Links are not accessible in Pega Community portal

I am unable to open some of the links in Pega Community portal. Can some one help me if I have configured something wrong in my profile.

Getting "Access Denied" for following links:

https://community.pega.com/node/49941

http://community.pega.com/node/4696

Both links are mentioned in https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/pega-web-mashup/introduction-authentication-pega-web-mashup
