Posted: 4 years agoborki PEGA replied to SatishVanapalliYou need to switch to the Case Manager or Case Worker portal before using the mobile preview feature. Steps: Login to your Pega 7.1.8 application. Click Launch and select the Case Manager or Case Worker portal. If you do not have these portals, go to your operator menu and click Access group. Add these portals in the Available portals section and save the access group. Repeat step 2. In the Case Manager or Case Worker portal, go to your operator menu and click Mobile preview.
