More Organization Sub Units
Hi - How PEGA supports if an Organisation Unit has more levels of Sub Units. How the organization unit will be assigned to the operator because pega supports only the first level unit by default? Are there any clear article on this? Please help.

I am not sure of any suggested article for this but definitly the below couple of suggestions might help you :
a) Pega by default supports three-level organizational hierarchy consisting of organizations at the top level, divisions at a second level, and organization units as a third level. If for example, the org you are trying to solve has 4 years, try to combine 2 layers as one. Ex Unit and sub unit might be collated together to form unique unit levels. The trick part is how do you combine them and the answer lies in what are you using this layer information ?? - Routing, authorization etc.
b) This approach is lengthy and only advised if you need to solve this problem with full fledged development. Create another class like Data-Organization-OrgSUBUNIT and then make subunit an entity in your unit and make the respective changes in appropriate places to capture this orgsubunit like operator ruleform, requestor initialization etc. Most of these places are Available in pega, so you should be able to do this. As this really needs a lot of work, rethink of using approach a.
