Cool. We may want to just trim up the example Service Request UI a bit as that will be a large first impression. Does someone like michelle cawley or megan komarek have a login? They would have some great advice on first UI/UX impressions we want to leave someone with on the sample case type.
The challege we face is that form builder only supports single column layouts.
While we could go in and manually tweak the section layout to look better on a laptop screen, doing so would mean the user would not be able to use form builder as a simple way to edit the fields on the screen in the sample. It is a bit of a dilemma because we want the user to be able to edit everything about the sample we provide - but to your point, we also want the sample to deliver a great first impression.
The product design team is actively engaged with express. I'll run this past them to see what suggestion they might have that meets both goals until we can support multiple layout formats in form-builder or some other easy way to alter the format without losing the ability to use form builder.
