The JNDI settings are application server specific. This means that if the same Pega 7 application is deployed across different application servers the JNDI settings might have to be adjusted for each application server.
The JNDI (Java Naming and Directory Interface) server is configured at each application server to point to the correct messaging destination. The JNDI server data object (instance of Data-Admin-Connect-JNDIServer) specifies the URL of the JNDI server (WebSphere: iiop://<servername>:<portnumber>). The servername would need configuring for each environment (application server).
Eaxmple: Development, Test and Live would point to the applicable message destination JNDI server.
