@battk Before the new way of downloading I was able to download the Pega Personal versions. Now in the new way of downloading as of 9th may I do not have the option to download anymore. The menu option "My Software" is not showing up. How come? Is this a bug of some kind?

@MarcoN51 Access to My Software is limited to users who have the ability to create support requests in My Support Portal. Someone from our Accounts Support Team will reach out to you directly to address your specific access issue.
