Not able to access cloud based PEGA Tool getting connection time out error
i am getting connection time out error whenever i clicked on open exercises link but my other team member able to access Cloud based PEGA Tool.Let me know why it is showing error to me and how i will access my cloud based pega tool.
There could be various reasons, but I think it may be best if you email SelfStudySupport@pega.com to have them help you. Do include any screenshots are clear description of the problem, as well as the steps you have taken to attempt to resolve the issue.
Good case, it's just a temporary network glitch; bad case, may require attention from the Pega Academy Development team.
