Not able to see Agents in prsysmgmt application
Hello Everyone - We have just upgraded from Pega 6 to Pega 7 and currently I am not able to see the agents under Agent Management in the prsysmgmt application. Agents enable is set to true and I have cleared the cache and restarted the server 4 - 5 times but no luck. I have two nodes running on the server and I have configured the JMS resources for these two nodes. Any suggestion or anything missing from my end?

Since it sounds like you have done what you need and it is still not working, the best way to resolve a specicfic issue like this would be to submit a support ticket through the Support Portal.
