I have a requirement where in every time an email is sent out a pdf is generated with the email's contents. This pdf is stored in an external content management system. User has access to it via pega, Now if the user opens the the email's pdf we have to provide links to the documents which where attached in the initial email. These attachments are also stored in the content management system. I have tried giving anchor tags with the url of the attachments passed to the href attribute, but these links are not clickable in the pdf. However they seem to work when I open the actual email in Outlook.
Any insight into how to implement this feature would be greatly appreciated.
