After the upgrade, we see few operator IDs are missing in the server. In the did not find anything specific to Operator ID. Does the implementation have any custom authentication\ authorization mechanism ? Do you know the logic if any such custom authentication \ authorization is implemented ? By any chance is the logic like if the operator is unable to get updated or synched or not found in the directory then delete, kind of logic? Please share the exception \ error from the logs to understand better. Syntel replied to ARUNDHATIHello, If its available in database and unable to search in Developer studio, Please add "old:" before search string. for ex: you need to search for "developer" operator id, use "old:developer".
