is PEGA Business Architect essentials course mandatory pre-requisite for PEGA Business Architect Certification?
Hi There,
Am planning to take PEGA Business Architect Certification course soon. Pega Academy Learning path shows one of pre-requisite is PEGA Business Architect Essentials course ? Is this course mandatory pre-requisite or optional?
Am planning to take this exam based on experience in the project. Can i book and write the exam without completing this course in PEGA academy.
Please advise.

More specific, the "Exam Blueprint" document contains all you need to know in order to pass the exam.

Thank you Marco for your prompt response. I have gone through both the PEARSON VUE website and Exam blueprint as well. In the pre-requisites , it says only suggested training not as Mandatory Training.
Hence i had this doubt and wanted someone to clarify and confirm.

Look at the Prerequisites as recommended knowledge to take a course or an exam. They course are not mandatory and you can take any exam without taking any course. You just have to judge your knowledge against the topics asked on the exam and compare to your chances passing it calculating costs.

As the others have answered it is not a pre-requisite. If you will be in a developer role I recommend just doing CSA, unless you just want to get the CPBA certification to have something else on your resume.
The first 5 or so modules in CSA are basically exactly the same as the Business Architect training modules. So completing all the CSA modules will give you a good idea of the BA role.
