Another doubt on the same Sky Airlines application.
All the correspondence rules have been created and called at the required places in the flow , however no Email Account instance has been configured - as a result emails will not get triggered. Is it the expeced behaviour or am I missing something.
Also , in the CLSA part 2 exam , do we need to configure the Email Account so that emails are triggered and If yes; will we be provided the SMTP details.
