Pega incoming email processing is very slow on each Tuesday
We have seen very weird performance issue in our production environment is that system is very slow and taking too much time to process incoming emails on TUESDAY. Rest week days are ok and no issues observed.
Till now we have observed that database backup is running in parallel on Tuesday and we are thinking that this may be root cause. We have checked with Database team and they told that there is no more load issue on the database side.
We are not running any batch job which can contribute slowness in system on Tuesday. We have checked the load on server in all week days but not found major differences.
Could you please help if you faced similar issues in your environment?
