PLEASE HELP! Unable to Click in Running Case Data Fields (Audit?)
I'm working on an application that requires the user to enter case data when the case is run, like first name / last name, etc.
For some reason, when I run the case, the fields are not able to be clicked. I cannot click in the text boxt for "first name" - or any other text box. If I click the "assignment" tab at the top of the work area, I am able to press the tab key to cycle through the text boxes, and insert information. At the bottom of the section displaying the case content, there is a small bit of text, reading "Audit". The image through the link shows what I mean by this. I can't locate what it is using Live UI, and have no idea how it is even related.
I'm not the first person to experience this problem. Nobody I know is able to figure this out... this is a huge hinderance, as the only work-around that we know of is to completely restart the application anew.
Would you be available to do a screen sharing session? I have never seen this behavior and believe I would need to see this first hand to help debug this issue. Send me a private message if this is something you would be willing to do.

I would very much like to do a screen sharing session to demonstrate the issue... however, the behavior stopped occurring... without any action taken on my behalf. After using the program again for a day or two, without issue, the same problem occurred again, then went away after a day or so.
When it happens again, I'll be sure to let you know. This problem has happened to multiple people with Pega, and pretty much ruins the ability to run your cases with any sort of efficiency.
