A problem occurred while attempting to connect to the authentication service. Reason: connect timed out
I am not able to log into my cloud instance. I am new to this but was able to successfully access a few days ago. When logging in i get the following message:
A problem occurred while attempting to connect to the authentication service. Reason: connect timed out

I found that I must use the link that was provided in the email when the cloud instance was provisioned. I thought I could use a link up to and including PRServletCustom to get to the login like we do at our site, but that is not the case with this cloud instance.
