ProcessEvent is not called unless a lock can be obtained. The queue record may be checked every 30 seconds. Does not mean the Activity will be called every 30 seconds. Posted: 4 years agoVigneshAravind Cognizant replied to Sandeep_GhoshServiceLevelEvents is an OOTB standard agent that wakes up every 30 seconds to verify if there are suitable item(s) to process in its queue. When a suitable item is not found OR if the queue is empty; the agent goes back to sleep without invoking System-Queue-ServiceLevel.ProcessEvent (the agent's activity).
