Re-implementing tear-off in Customer Service (CS)

Hi,

The upgrade is being performed from 6.1 to 7.1.9 with the CS being 7.1.4.

The new Interaction Portal doesn't support tear-offf, but the business is used to work with tear-off and want that even after upgrade to Pega 7.

What could be the possible approaches and how can we achieve it.

Any experiences or inputs on this would be helpful.
