We do have some custom Java code in the applications. Is there any recommended JRE version from Pega for PRPC 6.3? However, there is a known issue when you use Sun/Oracle Java SE 7 with PRPC 6.3. Please see the document on how to workaround it. If you are using IBM Java SDK, 1.5 and 1.6 are both supported on PRPC 6.3. If you are using PRPC 6.3 SP1, then IBM Java SDK 1.5, 1.6, 1.6.1 and 1.7 are supported.
