Remote System can be configured with a system url that is "secured"/"intranet" url. 1) When a remote system is configured with intranet url: While configuring a case type of the remote system, the system retrieves the information with no exception. 2) When a remote system is configured with secured url: While configuring a case type of the remote system, the system gives a sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException. While debugging, it has been observed that pzRetrieveRemoteCaseTypes activity is being called which invokes HTTP web-service. https://xxxxx.com/prweb/PRHTTPService/CaseManagement/Rule-Obj-CaseType/Discover We generally get this exception when we don't have a keystore file installed in the system. But there is no facility to actually give a key store file for the remote system rule to use. Please help in getting this resolved. Work around to make Retrieve work is to change Service Access Group field in Remote system’s CaseManagement Service Package to current users access group. Revert the changes back after configuring.
