RESOLVED: Don't waste your time with the Implementing Pega Customer Service for Healthcare course
Sorry that the COURSE tag for this post is incorrect - the correct course was not available in the list. This post is actually about the course Implementing Pega Customer Service for Healthcare. My advice is to not waste your time trying to take this course. The exercise system VM that is linked to the course is extremely out of date. The policy records are all expired and inactive policies, and that results in you being unable to complete almost every exercise in the course. I keep reporting the issues as I encounter them, but the VM for the exercise system really needs to be thoroughly updated in order to make this useful.
UPDATE 12 Feb 2018: I have installed the new exercise system that Diane provided, and so far, all exercises are working as expected. Thanks for your attention to this Diane!
I am sorry that you had this experience with the Implementing Pega Customer Service for Healthcare course. You are correct. The end dates for of instances for several data classes did indeed expire since this course was posted.
I've attached a zip file with updated data for Member, Policy, and Subscriber data so you can continue with the exercise set. I expect to have a new VM for this course available early this week with updated data. In the meantime, please import the attached zip file into your existing local VM so you can continue with the exercise set.
