Service Export Directory Path
We recently moved our Application from PEGA 5.5 to 7.1.5 . After our prod Move we are facing a strange error. Whenever we require a Restart and clearing of Temp files the service export directory path is getting cleared automatically.
Admin is clearing the below in each nodes
After the clearing the above the below folder and its sub folders are also getting disappered.
Any idea why this is happening? Thanks in advance.

Because the ServiceExport directories are considered part of the static content pieces, when the Extract Marker file is deleted, all the static content is cleared because Pega assumes that the adminstrator is asking for all temporary data be cleared when that file is missing.
You may consider contacting Global Customer Support to determine if clearing the marker file is necessary as frequently as it is currently being done.

Are there any ways to preserve those Exported/Imported RAP package files that reside in the "Service Export" directory, even in the cases that Extract Marker file has been deleted? In other words we wanted to treat those Exported/Imported RAP package files NOT temporary files, instead treating them as persistent files as the evidence of system operations.
