I completed the solution for the SLA exercise but it wasn't working. In other words, the SLA rule didnt seem to fire and neither the urgency values got updated nor the escalation activity triggered. I imported the Pega academy solution and still it is the same issue. After importing the solution, when I run the Purchase request application and get to the Purchase order flow, I see that the urgency displayed in the UI header section goes blank. I also dont see the SLA getting triggered. I tried the Tracer to see if the SLA is triggered but it is not. I also checked on SMA that the SLA agent is enabled and I see that it is executing every 30 secs. Does anyone know what could be the issue?
Have you tried to restart your PVS? It could be that the agent responsible for running the SLA isn't started. You can run the System Management Application (SMA) to check if the agent is running. Expand the Agent Management and select "Agents". Use "CTRL-F" to invoke your browser search and look for the keyword "Service". These agents should be running.
