We are facing a very strange situation with many of our CPM end users. The users are not able to close some S-Cases which are in rejected or cancelled status and these s-cases remain pending even thought the actual request might have been serviced already.
When they click on such pending S-Cases in their Worklist they are shown a blank screen with the Pega tab showing 'loading'. They do not see the usual screen with Close Request and Submit buttons. After some 4 or 5 minutes they get our customised error screen.This happens with only with some S-cases. Other s-cases are closed without any issues.
In some cases, they are able to see a audit log screen but are not shown the usual screen with Close Request and Submit buttons. Even the logs do not seem to reveal any info on this.
Can anybody tell us why this is happening and what can be done to resolve this.
