Unable to run Two subacases
I have two subcases in my case. One of them is in Stage 1 and other is in Stage 2.But only second subcase is routed through while running the case. And If I am using both the subcases in the same stage only the subcase which is earlier, runs. Can anyone suggests a solution If i would like to have the option of running whichever subcase i want to run during the flow of the main case.
As there are many ways to configure subcases, would you be so kind to reply with images of your configuration of the subcases? I think we will be in a better position to assist you if you provide us this vital information.
Thanks Sean for the response. Here are few screen shots to explain my problem.
This is my main Case which includes two subcases i.e IT Department in Stage College Details and CS Department in Stage College Policies:
This is the configuration of my CS Department subcase:
This the the configuration for my IT Department subcase:
When I am running the case only CS Department subcase is routed through whereas if I am having both the IT Department and CS Department kept in the same stage in that order IT Department subcase is routed.
Please provide me with your valuable suggestions to resolve this problem .
Thanks and Regards,

Direct Message me if you would like to set up a screen share. Based upon the screenshots you should be seeing your IT Department subcase process and then you should move into the second stage. From there you may/should have multiple subcases created for the CSDepartment. It would be interesting to note what the case looks like as it moves through the processes and as I am not able to see that I am requesting a screen share.
Is there a way you can track the subcase status from within the master case. For example in your case when you trigger the sub case for IT department, that step will show as completed irrespective of what happens to the subcase correct? Instead can I show that step as open till the actual sub case is completed?
